Food safety is an emerging area where systematic reviews can help in decision makers. Systematic reviews have been used extensively to summarize information about the efficacy of on-farm pre-harvest interventions for swine, poultry and cattle. Organisms studied include Campylobacter, Salmonella and E coli. Below are links to reviews conducted by our group.
